Gregory Floyd & Associates was founded in 2003 by Gregory Floyd, who has had a 40-year career of service to non-profit institutions as a school head, NAIS executive, and consultant. GF&A is a consulting firm with a singular approach.  It is dedicated to providing customized services focusing on head and executive searches, board development, strategic planning and institutional assessment.  GF&A understands that every institution is unique, and our approach provides a flexible and specialized team of consultants specifically chosen and engaged for each individual client.  Read further to explore our services in more detail.
